Yay ! We have bought a block of land.
The block is in Trentham, in central victoria, half way between Woodend and Daylesford.
Its 1 acre (4000 meters), perfectly flat, and all ours. We can walk to the shops in town – only about 400 meters or so.
The estate we are in is only has 11 blocks, each of which is at least one acre. The block behind us is owned by the vendors, and is 10 acres with a nice big pond just near our back fence.
Hmmm… what to build…..
